Pillar number 4 is exercise. The body is made to be active and mobile. Lack of activity causes many problems in the body. When our nutrition and activity are adequate the body will eliminate waste regularly. Eliminating waste is essential to optimizing your health. Walking 30 minutes per day is the best exercise. Exercise should be done outside for a variety of reasons including:
a) The sunshine activates the vitamin d consumed from the food;
b) the sun gives the body an outstanding amount of energy ;
c) The plants produce the oxygen we breathe and the wonderful aromas we smell.
Exercising outside not only helps to relieve anxiety, depression and improve sleep, it improves the quality of life.
